The market reactions during the 1970's may give an insightful look into what the near future holds. Long term cycles point to a 104 year cycle that is not due until the 2020's. The Bradley model also projects a rocket style blast that moves prices to unprecedented highs into 2016. The Fibonacci Spiral that goes back to the Singularity Event in 2021, forecasts All-Time Highs into 2016, despite a sizable retracement in 2013-14.
Ultimately, we may see a similar unfolding to the decade of the 70's. There are many more similarities: the conclusion of foreign wars; a 'lost' decade of stock market prices; political gridlock..Anyway, an interesting conclusion, nonetheless.
